What to include

If you are reporting an issue, it helps to include the page you were on, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, your device or browser, and the email address connected to your RORY account if the issue is account-specific.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information in a support email.

Response times

Response timing may vary while RORY is still growing, but support requests will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Account, privacy, and deletion requests are prioritized for review.
